Different food items in the world are being reflected by their countries, culture, environment, ingenuity and values.

To determine food from Thailand the good flavor from their dishes makes you need pay attention to detail; intricacy; texture; color; taste; and the use of ingredients with medicinal benefits.

In Doha, state of Qatar; Grand Hyatt is considered to be the best to find Thailand foods after taking a number of awards such as Tripadvisor’s 2014 Excellence award for the best restaurant and a host of others.

Isaan’s Friday brunch starts from 12.30hrs. Till 16.00 hrs

Friday 6th March was a day set for an outstanding Chatuchak weekend market food experience at award winning Thai restaurant Isaan, where I had a wonderful brunch and taste of numerous dishes at moderate cost.

Not sure of how many Thai dishes are available at the restaurant nor the oldest dish in the Thai culture but the uniqueness of Grand Hyatt runs through beverages, fries, soups, salads, rice and noodles.
