An Alluring Event - Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition - 2015

Time to gaze through some enthralling and graceful exhibits next week when the 12th Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition opens its doors at the Qatar National Convention Centre. The first such exhibition was in held in 2004 in Doha and has been attracting exhibitors and visitors every year since then.

Initiated a decade ago by Qatar Tourism Authority and since 2013, co organized by qmedia events and Fira Barcelona this splendid exhibition is proving to reap the objectives of the organizers in
providing a world-class platform for the most reputable international, regional and local jewellery and watch brands to engage with sophisticated buyers and connoisseurs and help Qatar towards its Vision 2030 as a hub for excellence while responding to the growing retail demand that Doha is generating year on year!

This year's edition is expected to be classy and exquisite with known and appreciated Jewellery and watches brands dazzling under one roof, offering visitors a rich, luxurious and memorable experience.

What to expect at the event?

The leading Jewellery and Watches Companies in Qatar will display world renown brands at their glittering stands. Here is the Floor Plan.

Entrance is free for all over 16 years of age but visitors must register. To make it convenient to everyone, registration can be done online here, but on desk registration will also be available at the venue, QNCC GPS location can be found at www.rush360.qa by searching for QNNC.

There will be shuttle bus services from the parking to the main entrance for the visitors. Valet parking for VIPs, VIP lounges, golf carts to tour the venue, are more of the facilities to expect this time at the venue.


According to the organizers, "Many of the world’s premium and luxury brands who are acknowledged for their mastery of design and have complementing jewellery & watches lines are also debuting this year at the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition.

Doha Jewellery & Watches has put Qatar in the global map for the luxury category as most participants at the show are international jewellery and watch brands who have been returning to the exhibition year on year.

This platform has also benefitted local authorized distributors to be able to showcase their extensive and carefully curated collection to not only to the public at large but also to international media who attend the exhibition.
Additionally, Qatari jewellery designers are not only inspired but actively encouraged to participate or attend the exhibition as it assists their learning the commercial aspect of the industry and get a good grasp of global industry trends.

On a macro level, tourism, hospitality and retail in Qatar benefit as the exhibition draws foreign participation and visitors and encourages retail transactions."
