Here are the
details:
The stencil
is a simple yet powerful tool that can transform the interior of a house into a
charming home, or turn city walls into a canvas for political and creative
expression.
During this
course, you will be introduced to several stencil making techniques as well as
tools that are easy to find at home and others that are more specialized. You
will be able to use these techniques to create imagery that can be applied on
many different surfaces such as paper, walls, fabric and wood. Students are
encouraged to explore and experiment with different techniques and be free with
personal and creative expression.

- Students will be introduced to all materials and tools, as well as view a variety of examples. Students will learn about finding and creating imagery that is suitable for stencil making.
- Introduction to first technique and project 1, student experimentation.

- Finishing and refining all projects and final critique.
